Hello readers.
Previously we have seen how to change password isn't it (check old posts if you haven't seen yet). so here i am going to introduce you with a new method to reset user password without knowing the old password. Sounds cool isn't it ?
ok here we go : -
In RUN COMMAND type MMC
It will open a console window . In a console window GO TO NEW > ADD / REMOVE SNAP-IN
In new opened window CLICK ON ADD and select LOCAL USERS and GROUPS from the list and ADD it (and click ok to complete the opened tab ).
Now you can see LOCAL USERS and GROUPS (Local) in console window. Expand by clicking + sign. Now select USER FOLDER . You can now see list of user(s) account displayed . To change the password of any user account RIGHT CLICK on it and click SET PASSWORD > PROCEED > ENTER NEW PASSWORD and CONFIRM the PASSWORD and click ok and close al the tabs.
